MADE ON SHARED EQUIPMENT THAT ALSO PROCESSES WHEAT AND COCONUT.

Cooking Instructions

FAST & EASY MICROWAVE:

  1. Empty contents into a microwave-safe bowl and add 1 tbsp of water
  2. Cover and cook on high for 2:30 minutes†,*.
  3. Allow to sit covered for 2 minutes.

†Microwaves vary; for a 900W microwave, add 30 – 60 seconds; for a 600W microwave, add 60 – 90 seconds.

STOVETOP:

  1. Empty contents into a small saucepan and add 3 tbsp of water.
  2. Cover, cook over medium heat, and bring to a low boil.
  3. Stir occasionally to separate pieces; add more water if needed
  4. Once all pieces are separated, cover and simmer for 1 minute* more.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to sit covered for 2 minutes.
  6. *Cook until product reaches 165F internal temperature

If serving as finger food, cut larger pieces of fruits and veggies into bite size (1/4 inch) pieces. Always supervise when feeding. Take caution when removing the cover, as steam will be hot.
